We've changed the way custom fields are created! . We added the option to create a custom field directly from the global app configuration. This now provides the benefits of easier creating , and managing and deleting custom fields.

The native Jira flow for creating custom fields is still available for users who prefer it. Navigate to Settings → Issues → Custom Fields. Both options are available for Jira admins only. |

Navigate to Apps → Manage Apps and select Fields from the left sidebar. For a quick and easy start, just use the Create custom field buttonthe Create Custom Field button on the right side of the screen . Custom fields can still be created through Jira Settings.
