Navigate to the desired Confluence page or create a new one.
Enter edit mode by clicking the plus icon in the navigation bar or pressing '/' to bring up the macro list.
Select Locate "Pulse" from within the macro list, select it, and in the configuration dialog, then click on the "People" tab on the landing page.
Pick the New Starters card under the People tab to begin configuration.
