The Decimal Number custom field allows you to show numbered fields as decimal numbers. Before they create a custom field Decimal Numbers, users can decide if they want to have extends Atlassian's numbered field, allowing you to display numbers with one, two, or three decimals.

Go to Apps → Manage your apps → Custom Field Suite

Click the Create custom field button on the right side of the screen.

Name the field and add a description

To restrict editing access for the Multilevel Select Picker, the Edit Permissions tab is used. Specific users, user groups, and Jira roles can be defined to have editing permissions for the custom field. If editing access is intended for all users, the field should be left empty.
