Navigate to the →
section within Jira.
Search for "Shoppie - Assets integrated shop for Jira" and proceed with the installation.
After the installation is completed, you will be prompted to API Token screen. In this step, you need to add the API token, which is required for the app to function properly.
To facilitate REST API communication between Jira Service Management and Assets, an API token is required. Once generated, input the API token into the Shoppie configuration section to establish the connection.
Regularly monitor and rotate the API token for security best practices. If experiencing communication errors, verify the API token's validity and permissions. |

Open from the left sidebar.
Click on the in the left sidebar.
Create an API Token here.
Add a user email and an API token.
Click on the Save button.
The registered email and API token user will handle API requests in Shoppie. This user should have the necessary permissions, preferably an organization or site administrator. |
