Pages
The Pages module helps organize and display related Confluence pages in one place, making content easier to find and navigate. It is ideal for use cases such as project hubs, documentation, process pages, and structured content overviews.
By grouping pages clearly, it improves navigation and helps users access information faster.
Templates
Creating Pages starts by selecting a template.
pages are available in multiple template types, including Card, Mini Card and List, each designed for different content scenarios.
Templates are designed by Caelor’s design team to ensure a modern and consistent look across pages.
Configuration
After selecting a template, a live preview displays the latest created pages from the Confluence instance, allowing the module to be customized for the intended use case.
All News templates include two types of settings: Layout and Content.
Layout
Layout settings control the overall appearance and behavior of the selected Pages template.
Pagination
Configure pagination behavior, such as Show more, Previous / next, or no pagination.
Link behaviour
Define whether page links open in the same tab or a new tab.
Display elements
Available display elements vary by template and may include author, space, labels, date, likes, comments and description.
Only 👍 thumbs up reactions are counted as Likes. Other Confluence reactions are not included in the displayed count.
These elements can be enabled or disabled for all pages.

Styling options include corners rounding.
Content
Content settings define which pages are displayed in the Pages overview
Content can be configured dynamically using filters and sources, or manually by selecting specific blog posts. Learn more here.
Available filters include spaces, contributors, parent page labels. Filters of the same type use OR logic, while different filter types use AND logic. For example, selecting Space A and Space B with the Label “Company” returns pages from either space that also contain the selected label.
Group Pages in tabs
Tabs in the Pages module help organize related content in a clean, structured layout within a single module. Instead of creating multiple separate Pages modules for different topics, tabs allow grouping them together, making content easier to manage and navigate.
The Layout settings applies globally to all tabs within the Pages module, ensuring a consistent visual style across each section. The Content, however, is configured separately for each individual tab. This means that content, whether set manually or dynamically, must be defined per tab, allowing each one to display different sources or filtering rules as needed.
Personalized content
View permissions can be managed globally for the entire module or individually per tab when tabs are enabled. Using Collections from Cosmos, it's possible to define exactly who can see specific content. This enables personalized experiences, where different tabs are visible to different audiences, each showing tailored information based on user groups.
The personalization feature, powered by Cosmos – Intranet for Confluence, enhances this even further. With tabs, each section can reflect a unique theme or target group. Without tabs, the entire module can be focused on a specific audience, creating a unified and purposeful display.
