Who Can Manage Shoppie?
Shoppie includes a set of global settings in the Apps section, providing direct access to app configuration without needing to open the Jira administration area.
To see Shoppie configuration, users must have either the global permission Administer Jira, or the custom permission Administer Shoppie. Without one of these permissions, Shoppie configuration will not be visible in the Apps section.
To grant users this permission, assign the global permission to a group. Individual user access should then be managed through group membership. To revoke access, remove the user from the assigned group. It is recommended to create a dedicated group specifically for Shoppie administrators, to keep permission management simpler and more organized.
To remove access from a group, locate the Administer Shoppie permission in the list and click Delete next to the relevant group.
