Product Bundles

Product Bundles

Bundles allow multiple products to be grouped together and offered to employees as a single item in the shop, instead of requiring each product to be requested separately. A bundle might combine, for example, a laptop and a phone into an "Onboarding Bundle" for new hires.

Bundles are created and managed separately from Categories, and appear in their own section in the catalog.

Bundle details

  • Bundle name: shown to employees as the bundle title in the shop.

  • Description:optional field explaining what the bundle includes and when it should be requested. Shown to employees in the shop.

Products

  • Products are added to a bundle from the catalog using the Add products action.

  • Each product in the table shows its price and an editable Quantity.

  • The order of products in this table determines the order they are displayed in on the bundle's shop page.

  • Products can be removed from the bundle individually.

  • The Total reflects the combined price of all included products before any discount is applied.

Pricing

Pricing determines how the final bundle price is calculated and shown to employees:

  • Sum up item prices — the bundle price is the total of all included product prices.

  • Percentage discount — a discount percentage is applied to the summed price of all products. The Discount percentage field sets how much is deducted from the total.

When the resulting price is lower than the sum of individual product prices, the shop displays a "Save X%" badge along with the discounted price and the original price struck through.

Status

Controls whether the bundle is visible to employees in the shop:

  • Draft — not visible to employees.

  • Active — visible and available for purchase in the shop.

  • Archived — no longer visible to employees.
