Shoppie panels guide users to open the shop dialogue and start their shopping experience before submitting a ticket. It is possible to style the panel and include branding elements, creating a visually appealing and seamless introduction to your virtual shop within the JSM portal.

Styling

General styling allows a consistent design to be applied at the site level, ensuring all created catalogs share the same panel design.

A simple design aligned with Atlassian’s native style can be selected, or a styled panel with a background image can be used. Once updated, the design is applied uniformly across all panels.

At the category level, only the panel content can be changed, including the header, title, and description.
