Atlassian Limitations
Dynamic Height Issue on Safari Browser
Using the jiraServiceManagement:portalHeader
module, there is an issue specifically in the Safari browser. Because the module requires a dynamic height and does not use the viewportSize
property, the iframe is resized constantly, causing it to become excessively large. This issue is observed in the Portal header where the Shoppie banner is displayed, resulting in a poor user experience.
Efforts are underway to resolve this problem and improve the user experience on all browsers. Please check back for updates on this and other known limitations. If you encounter any other issues or have suggestions, feel free to reach out to our support team.
