Publish

Shoppie provides a flexible publishing process that allows catalogs to be prepared, reviewed, and updated without immediately affecting the live version.

Draft Mode

When a catalog is created, it is saved in Draft mode by default.

While in Draft mode:

• The catalog can be configured and updated safely.

• Changes do not affect the live catalog.

• The catalog is not visible to users in the Jira Service Management request type.

• The setup can be reviewed before release.

Publish

Once the catalog is ready, select Publish to make it live.

Publishing will:

• Make the catalog visible to users in the connected Jira Service Management request type.

• Apply the latest saved configuration to the live version.

Updating a published catalog

Changes to an already published catalog can be prepared in draft mode before being published again.

This allows updates to be reviewed first and helps avoid unexpected changes in the live catalog.

Unpublish

If the catalog needs to be temporarily removed, select Unpublish.

Unpublishing will:

• Remove the catalog from the Jira Service Management request type.

• Keep all catalog configuration and settings unchanged.

• Allow the catalog to be published again later without rebuilding it.
