#8 Manage Cosmos Features

Admins have the control to tailor the intranet experience to their organization's specific needs. Recognizing that every company has unique requirements, Cosmos offers the flexibility to enable or disable key features, including the People Network, Newsroom, Space Station, and even user profile access. Note that the Dashboard is always visible and cannot be disabled.
Steps to enable or disable Cosmos screens
From your Confluence navigation bar, access Cosmos by selecting it from the Apps dropdown.
Within Cosmos, proceed to the Settings area.
In the Settings menu, locate and click on General Settings.
Click on the 3 dots next to the feature you wish to disable and click on Disable Page from the dropdown.
Always On
The Cosmos Dashboard, your central hub for accessing various Confluence intranet functionalities, is always on and can’t be disabled
User Profile
If the user profile feature is disabled, users can always access their profile page, but not from other users.
