#6 Manage Cosmos Features

Admins have the control to tailor the intranet experience to their organization's specific needs. Recognizing that every company has unique requirements, Cosmos offers the flexibility to enable or disable key features, including the People, News, Spaces, and Quick links hubs.

  1. From the Confluence navigation bar, open the Apps dropdown.

  2. Select Cosmos Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Cosmos Hubs section.

  4. Enable or disable hubs according to your needs.

Always On

The Cosmos Dashboard, your central hub for accessing various Confluence intranet functionalities, is always on and can’t be disabled
