Jira administrators can enable projects where users can receive points for defined events. In the Projects tab within the app configuration, users can enable or disable projects for gamification. By default, all projects are enabled.

Upload images on the extern server and add an URL when creating achievements or awards. Recommended size is 50x50 pixels.

Confluence administrators can enable projects where users can receive points for defined events. In the Spaces tab within the app configuration, the user can enable or disable spaces for gamification. By default, all spaces are enabled.

Jira and Confluence Administrators can decide if they want that users can choose to participate in gamification. Under the “General” tab in the app configuration, it is possible to enable or disable this option for users.

Trophies for Jira and Confluence have predefined events, and administrators can edit them. It is also possible to create custom events with more filters and personalization.
