We understand that setting up a new app can be daunting, but we're here to help. This guide will walk you through the initial steps to start with Cosmos and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Let's get started!

After successful installation, Cosmos - Intranet for Confluence can be accessed by all users through the Confluence navigation bar. Go to Apps and click on the Cosmos.

The initial setup of the Cosmos is carried out by the Confluence Admin.

To ensure a smooth setup of Cosmos - Intranet for Confluence, follow these simple steps. Remember, some steps are required, while others are optional and can be customized based on your needs:

  1. Activate Under Construction mode

  2. Sync Employee Database

  3. Assign Cosmos admin permissions

  4. Customize Employee Database

  5. Fill the Employee Database

  6. Configure User Profile

  7. Create Collections

  8. Cosmos Features

  9. Brand and Colors

  10. Customize Navigation Menu
