Shoppie panels guide users to open the shop dialogue and start their shopping experience before submitting a ticket. It is possible to style the banner and include branding elements, creating a visually appealing and seamless introduction to your virtual shop within the JSM portal.

General Styling

General styling allows you to apply a consistent design at the site level, ensuring all created catalogs share the same panel design.

You can choose a simple design that aligns with Atlassian's native style or opt for a styled panel with a background image. Once updated, the design will be applied uniformly across all panels.

On a category level, it is only possible to change the content for the panel with header, title and desciption.
