Dynamic Org. Charts

Automatically display your company structure with Dynamic Org Charts from Pulse. This widget uses data from the Cosmos employee database to build a live view of team relationships and hierarchy. As updates are made in Cosmos, the org chart stays current, no manual changes required. Ideal for giving teams and newcomers a clear view of how the organization is structured.

Cosmos Intranet App Required
Dynamic Org. Charts module is available only when the Cosmos app is installed, active, and properly configured.

  1. The employee database must first be synced with Cosmos. Instructions for syncing can be found here.

The display settings allow selection from several views to best match the desired presentation style. Available options include Card, and List

Styling

The People module offers several styling options to match the visual identity of the organization. These include corner rounding, and color line. Which allows selecting a color for the connecting lines in the Org. Chart module. This helps customize the visual style of the organizational structure.

Content

The Content tab defines which people appear in the org chart using advanced filter selection. Before using Dynamic Org Charts, ensure the Cosmos database is populated with the necessary employee data, including hierarchical relationships (e.g., Superior). Filters from the Employee Database can be used to define and group which people are shown. For example, it’s possible to display all users from the Sydney location along with their organizational chart.
