Time zones
Timezones is custom field helps you keep track of different timezones and display local time inside of a custom field. This is really handy when you want to keep track of time for your agents or customers worldwide.
Timezones is only available as a custom field type. It is not possible to define general values or any other settings options in the app configuration screen.
To create and configure the Timezones custom field, you must be logged in as a user with Jira Administrator permissions.
Go to Apps → Manage your apps → Fields - Custom Field Types
Click on Create custom field button on the right side of the screen.
Select Timezones and click Next.
Name and add a description to your field then click Next.
Choose the desired format
Enable or disable local time for the selected timezone
Choose between a 12 hour and 24 hour time format
Associate the field to the appropriate screens and click Create. You must associate a field to a screen before it will be displayed.
That’s it! You can now navigate to your issue and enhance it with Timezones field.
