WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First)
Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) is a method used in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to help teams prioritize tasks. Teams calculate a score for each task by dividing the cost of delay by the size or time it takes to complete. Tasks with the highest scores are given priority, helping teams focus on the most important work.
WSJF is not available in Jira Service Management (JSM). For a list of fields that are supported in JSM, please visit Fields in Jira Service Management (JSM) Portal.
